Mann Institute at the University of Southern California.

The Panelists are: Sean Randolph, President, Bay Area Council Economic Institute, Dr. Dianne Harrison, President, CSUMB & Dan Ripke, Director, Center for Economic Development, Chico State University.

We will also recognize and present awards to public-private partnerships that have demonstrated a significant benefit to the Monterey County community and economy.
